A lot of times I picture myself getting into class, running to get the overhead on, just getting on the computer and I don't really see my students. Like if with a little preparation, could we have a TA or get the computer going and could we sit down for a couple of minutes with a student? It's an easy thing to do that you could build into five minutes before class. And then when your students come in, they start seeing that you're not up at the front kind of separated from them, you're with them and you're talking to them.
