Who Governs Open Source?

Google's BDFL, like, it's meant to be tongue in cheek, I think, right? Isn't it kind of like winking at the idea of like, no, of course, like dictators for life. That's obviously bad. But this is a benevolent dictator for life. So it's, and but we kind of drive past the fact that like, wait a minute, dictator, it's like, this is bad. And this is fundamentally not a great structure.
