The Rockefeller Foundation and the Kenzie Report

Rockefeller Foundation gave money to a whole bunch of universities over the years. David Rockefeller would personally go to these universities and they would already have the students picked out that they wanted to recruit. The Aspen Institute focused on endowing colleges rather than universities that get plenty of money from other sources.
