Using Hypnosis to Repress the Memory of a Killer
Investigators escorted nils back to lake bordom in the hopes that visiting the crime scene would prompt a repress the memory to re surface. The visit didn't seem to provoke anything new in nils's mind. Doctor asa stenbeck, a professor of psychiatry who lectured at the university of helsinki, believed he could access nils's repressed memories through hypnosis. After having previously attended a short course on psychotherapy and having had some success with other patients, doctor stenbeck felt he was capable enough for the task.
