Relational Dynamical Theory Should Emerge With Its Own Clock

In constructor theory, principles are like things that are forbidden or a science of scana cant type things. Once you take the idea of relationalism seriously, and then you see how laws emerge in a theory, they will emerge with something that you can use as a clock. They're pretty much just mately, kind of connected to each other, the concept of a clockk. So what i'm saying is that when you are purely stuck in operationalism, may not care how the clock actually comes about in the universe. What gives rise to a clock? What is it about the universe that gives provides us with clocks.
