Is There Any Merchants in El Salvador?
Oceap is a new app that allows users to pay for goods and services with bitcoin. It's being trialled in the Spanish town of el salvador, where many businesses only accept bitcoin. Oceap offers discounts as high as 50% on items such as cocoanut water. The company says it will be rolling out its service across more than 100 countries by end of year.
