The Dark Factories of the UK

Sarah O'Connor has written a feature on Britain's Dark Factories for the FT. Sarah, this isn't a story that's unique to Leicester or to the UK. You know, we've heard of similar practices in Prado in Italy. Stories of this and parts of LA and in the past in New York. It's happening in other rich developed countries too, which I think would be surprising to some listeners.
