Allow yourself to slowly develop this new relationship with exercise and nutrition, where longevity is the goal. If you just love walking or cycling so long as it's appropriate, then that's much better than nothing. And if you don't care about these things at all, but rather because i'm doing them on my own volition instead of being ordered by someone who doesn't even know what they're doing, those are also very good too.
