The Son of Man and the Jews
Jesus alludes to his death. Jesus said the Jews, will he kill himself since he says, where I am going, you cannot come? He said to them, you are from below. I am from above. You are of this world. I am not of this world." They answered him, we are descendants of Abraham, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How is it that you say you will be made free? Jesus answered them: "Everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin"
