There's something about us humans that gain so much value from our interaction with dynamic objects and we should like lean into that as opposed to run away from it. Most roboticists don't give names or gender to robots because you become connected to them. I'm of the opposite mind. You should have like an intimate relationship sounds weird but you should have a close connection to robots. There's a social element to robotics, even an arm.
