Are You Good at Small, Not Big?
I actually nursed a deep fear that i was good at small, not big. I did well with a small nun profit that had an outsized effect on the world. At mackenzie and at mcgraw hill, i felt that large scale daunted me let to bureacratic processes. And so it was a real self challenge to say, could i, in a large group of people, lead in a coherent and strong way? It turned out to be closely whathy were looking for.
