Red Dead Redemption 2 was one of those games that absolutely left an impact on me as well and I never finished the original it was just like too many things going on. The game had those moments where you could just be on your horse riding from one town to the next because there was a really bogus fast travel system which we're not going to bitch about right now. There's like all of these like living world moments inside of Red Dead Redemption 2 that some games have attempted to also do but very few games have done them as well as Rockstar has done both with obviously the Grand Theft Auto series.
