How Do We Make Memories?
Each time we do the same thing, our brains make new connections. Richard mose uses practising music as an example. If you play a piece of music over and over, certain cells in your brain fire repeatedly in a certain order. This makes it easier to repeat this firing later on. You can play it faster with fewer mistakes if you practise long enough.
