The New C C Rule Will Require Chinese Companies to Provide Just as Much Transparency on Their Businesses as American Companies Do.
The new transparency act was signed by president trump last year. It's only for companies with stocks listed in the s but they have to provide data, meeting logs and email correspondence to the c c. The chinese government is not happy about this at all. They say for national security reasons. In the meantime, if you are a chinese company whose stock is trading in the united states, you've got three years to comply with this law.
