For people who are having big health issues what could you say especially if they have a deep meditation practice how would you recommend they work with that? Well it depends on where you are with your practice has to start with being able to be with and accept the sensations which just requires a daily practice of being with and accepting the sensations. If you're somebody who's a long-term practitioner and has done many years of this sort of work I think for one it's noticing the self that arises in relation to the health stuff.
