DDX for Angiodema and Ludwig's Angina
It doesn't sound like anaphylaxis based on the lack of cutaneous findings, pulmonary findings, and cardiovascular findings. It could still be angiodema. When you do have angiodema, it's helpful to get the patient on antihistamines and steroids. Right now, although the manifestation seems hyper acute, we still don't know if this has been slowly progressing over time. And then for infection of the floor of the mouth, you can think of stuff like Ludwig's angina that involves the floors of the mouth.
