What Are the Next Steps to Revive Title 42?

Once you are off of this air, what are the conversations that are going to be unfolding inside the ACLU about next steps to revive this order in the Supreme Court? Right. So, the court is going to have a briefing schedule and the states will go first. I'm not actually sure. It may be that we're going next step.
