For me, integrity is just doing what you ought to even if it costs. And when we don't do what we ought to, as i just said, it always costs somebody. The load or the stress is transferred. My personal ir ponsibility always becomes somebody else's responsibility. So again, the load is transferred. It's never personal. Even though it's private. I know you had a unique way of teaching this lesson to your kids when they were young. But i'm tell they hated this im but a little shame and humiliation,. You kno, it's an appropriate parenting strategy from time to time.
Join me and longtime host Lane Jones as we discuss the importance of maintaining personal integrity in the context of leadership.
