Even something as logistical as kitchen organization is deeply emotional. segmenting customers all looking for the same thing will dramatically improve your product and the likelihood it succeeds. Choosing a customer to focus on first, choosing to play a game that is really worth winning can change your life if you're willing to keep playing hands. You've just got to choose to do it.
