i love that you talk about how it both matters, but when we ignore one specific key side. Calories have gotten so much of the attention that it's almost like a, you become people, become a calory advocate. i eat very plant based now, still with targeted amounts of a meat protein that have been ad added to my diet. I just added in the meat and i feel a little bit better. Again. That's just me.
