I've Learned to Choose Your Moment

I sometimes ask for things that I think I will never get and sometimes I do not get them but very often I see that by asking it you make it much more difficult for the person to say no. It should always be more than one discussion because in fact sometimes it's also very important to choose your moment this is something that I really learned in HR as well. What happened a lot to me in HR is that the business comes back to me and they say like let me be like your initiatives but we have a hundred other things to do this is really not the right timing. My strategy is now sometimes to really back off when I see it's not the right moment but not to bury
