What Are You Going to Refuse on Your Death Bed?

When i was leaving my roll, i went from being leading a team of 20 to being this like writer, individual contributor, and at a company that a lot of people didn't know. One framework that i've really resonated in the career changes that i've made is jeff baso's regret minimization. I always think of it as, what are you going to regret on your death bed? Because you could easily regret something in the short term that in the long term is actually really meaningful.
