In 19 65, the same year that when buffet took over the management af brooks a hathoway, the average tenure of companies in the s p 500 was 33 years. By 19 90, it was 20 years. And if you run some of the newer numbers, it might be as low as 14 years by 20 26. It's quite ssible that we're at an inflection point now and actually where it's going to go is that the tenure of the companies that are at the top of the s and p will still be there in 30 years.
