AndroidX Version Check - Is Android R Versioning Enabled?

The version check that people are probably using right now is through AndroidX, which is build is at least so and so. They made it a bit sort of easier to check against specific versions. Since you don't need to use both, you should just pick one or the other. The API used to check the extension version uses a method that we've defined in Android R.
