Hybrid Is Getting Closer to What We're Really Talking About
i feel like a lot of common sense during this period has been lost too. There are certain jobs, in tasks that can't be done remotely. The warehouse team are not talking about these obvious things and maybe that's part of the problem. But i definitely think that that word is getting closer to what we're really talking about - flexible work force which is not tethered by space, place or time.
