Is There a Difference Between a Bartony Certificate and a Day Care Certificate?

Every one who applies to work with children, like day cares, whatever, has to have this certification. If you're on so there's a registry of people that have committed crimes against children, they can't get the certificate. So all you need is that little middle man in between that like, you've achieved your goal of people not being near children,. which i actually think is very reasonable.
