The Importance of Exercise
It's been 584 days since I walked fewer than 10,000 steps in a day. Sal has made adjustments to his routine so he can get the steps in and still work on startups. He also spends about 90 minutes per week on muscle building exercises like push-ups, chin-ups, and free weights. Unless you are an elite athlete, you are unlikely to achieve ideal body weight by exercise alone.
