Is There a Populist Movement?
Since the 2008 financial crisis, the rise of Donald Trump in the United States has been mirrored by similar type populist movements internationally. I'm curious how we think of that with Italy's election, the, I don't know, what, coup attempt in Germany. And there's a social contagion thing that comes from populist movements. The West is looking much better on everything from COVID and economics on down.
