The 10th Incarnation of the Calcajetson Dumpa

An eight year old American born Mongolian boy has been identified by him as the 10th incarnation of the Calcajetson Dumpa. This has caused kind of much uproar because China, who have been running Tibet since they invaded in 1951, have said previously to today that any rebirth of any of the Buddhist spiritual leaders had to be approved by them. And the Deli Lama obviously didn't get this approved when he identified this Mongolian boy as the Cal cajetson dumpa. But we're not here to talk comedy. What's the story?
