Christian Democrats and the Social Democrats in the German Election

i think there's a paradox in that the majority of german voters want a change. But it is the continuity mercle candidate, who was most likely to become chancellor whose party's done best. And i think if you wantt the simplest explanation of that, it's the shift of some christian democratic voters to the s p d wanting continuity miracle. The thing that th complicates it, though is actually the initiative, in terms of how this government's going to be formed, is being taken by the two parties more committed to change and away from grand coalition.
