If you want to be a multiplier, don't lead by fear that's not going to get the best out of people. A little quiz will help you see what your accidental diminisher tendencies are. The effect you have when you walk into a meeting, do people kind of spring up? Do they continue to take charge and take ownership or does stuff kind of roll to you?
