Governor Ricketts in Nebraska has been really astute about this. He's a businessman from Omaha. His roots are not in agriculture, but I think he's a better at agriculture than any other politician that I've had the pleasure of being around. The state is ranked number six in the nation as being the best conserved land by the US world and US news and world report. And the state of Delaware, President Biden's home state is ranked 45th.
