The Exiles in Babylon
Isaiah 52 verses 1 through 12 address the original exiles in Babylon. God tells them to wake up and take their seat in Jerusalem. When they return home, under the protection of Cyrus the Great, they will even bring temple vessels that had been stolen by King Nebuchadnezzar years before.
