Why You Want to Get Promoted?
If you want to support the development of other people then your brand being associated with the programme that you've created is a very good leapfrog into those jobs that you might not have done yet. Get closer to communities that are sort of working on that thing that you would like to. What we're trying to do is borrow their brilliance sort of almost learn bios moses just by like hanging around with the right people in the right places. And this definitely, Sarah and I talked about this as definitely being a motivator for us at different points in our career but let's say you can't do that for whatever reason you can't get to those promotions that give you more of that stuff.
