And at the end of the day, you know, as the whole notion of belonging is that it's the avitar that we present to see whether it's going to be accepted. We never get to a place to accept the fact that we always have belonged because we see this sort of artifice being rejected. But what would help people is the awareness that it's not just the mind, it's the body. Because when the thoughts think the thoughts right, then you have a feeling, and then those feelings secrete a chemical in the brain. Those chemicals are so addictive
