The Backlog of Work
The COVID-19 situations was kind of, let's say, blooming in Taiwan. And so when all these infection case reported, the government doesn't have time to test all these. So then they had to, at the end of the week, they report a new case that's back in about the whole week. That's called backlog. People kind of just use it everywhere.
