"I cater to the small business owners who really can't afford to hire a web designer for themselves. So i'm basically showing them all the little things they can do on their own web site to increase those conversions," he says. "Social media often can engage and inform, but at the end of the day is somebody going to read a facebook post and invest a thousand dollars in a programe or a service for small businesses? Probably not."
