How to Reduce the Natural Unemployment Rate
Economists say you can temporarily push the actual unemployment rate below the natural level, but that's unsustainable. Now it's a lot easier for qualified job applicants to find a suitable match for their employer. So certainly workers and employers can find each other more easily now than they could in 19 50. But then on the flip side, right? It's not clear which way it cuts. I don't know if the estimates of that have come down.
