Sometimes it helps to see someone who can show you where to start and what things to do. For me, I think fitness also helps too. Sometimes just getting on a treadmill and just banging it out and getting those endorphins flowing through the body and it helps you stress release. Don't make it a kind of depression or just don't suppress yourself too hard. That volcano, if that volcano needs to erupt, let it erupt. Let it drizzle.
