Support is a bit of an issue because there's a one-year warranty on this thing, but the support lines are only opening office hours in American Eastern time. So and again they very much encourage support via email rather than any kind of telephone line. But certainly compared to your deals and the Novos and apples of this world I don't think the support level will be quite the same as it is it would be from a tier one manufacturer.
