Is Terraform Descriptive?
Pulumi has taken a different approach to infrastructure management. We have built ourselves upon language runtimes rather than a DSL. By building ourselves on top of a language runtime, we give the users the ability that they can take advantage of other parts of the language ecosystem. It's kind of a different approach because of the flexibility of theruntime itself.
