The Importance of Relationships

I don't do well with being interrupted when I'm trying to get something done. It's very hard for me to pivot, and then give attention to that relationship into those people because I see it in that moment as a roadblock to checking something off my list. Relationships probably take the biggest hit for me. But that is a huge point of growth when when I'm driven.
