The Commonwealth Games isn't going to drive property prices. It's still going to come down to the fact that, okay, it might support a few more jobs. But they've got to be sustainable. So the Gold Coast market's probably picking up. That's a separate issue. We both just have this little schmuck on our face because it's interesting what people think will drive property price. And it comes out to one thing: People who want to drive the property.
