Eric Costas: Luigi is an orchestrator, AKA a workflow scheduler for data engineers. It runs in the cloud and can be used to schedule things like flight with girls or pre-paid bank accounts. He says he started working on it two years ago but has only just finished his third version. Liji had sort of this "functional nature" where you don't have to worry about targets and rules,. And so I think there's a couple of things that I'm really happy with," said Costas.
