When you start to launch the product, you seem like really good traction in the beginning. As you get in your early adopters excited about the product and then you're starting to get close to crossing chasm. And I think most of the time startups at this stage don't really have a clear direction on who the ideal customer profile is. It's enormous when it's emotionally, usually gratifying. But getting over that hump that pragmatist adoption home isn't easy.
