If you're a beginner, don't start looking at properties, set yourself a goal. A lot of people I speak to are really intimidated by property investment. There's so many different ways to make money in property and they each have very different characteristics. No one can tell you that one way of doing things is better than the other. But you need to work out what's right for you,. what's going to get you to where you need to be then put a strategy together accordingly.
