The Soap Opera of Boris Johnson

I always thought that if Johnson could not get back into power, this side of the election, he was never going to stand anyway. Can you imagine Boris Johnson setting up his own party or movement? And also, it's too much like hard work, you know, why would he bother? I mean, I think he knows it wouldn't get him elected.
