Basisa: I'm very fascinated by the bi hacking movement right now. So how can i avoid a dimension or atimers through whatever, the dietary interventions that i might engage in? And using my brain in ways that would you don't keep it i worked out same way i work out a muscle in ha gem. Those two, ah, are the main sort of focus of my longevity programme. If i hit 90 and i'm still functioning on all cylinders, i will be very happy with that. But i'm not looking for these super long, extended life span things. Basisa: Many people who want to live through one 60 have em regrets of their past.
