Is the Government Incompetent?
Ata: The government is not a scientific organization. It's moltivated by national security considerations. Things that fall outside of that are often dismissed, especially if there is a stigma on them. I don't have an issue with government. They can do whatever they want. But as a scientist, you know, for millions of do us, i can build equipment that will give me the answer. So it's ridiculous for me to ask the dogs to give me the answers when i can figure it out myself.
