Three Councillors had a beneficial interest in airport shares and they hadn't declared that in their declarations of interest. The estate of Wayne Walker's father held more than $3 million worth of shares in Auckland Airport. This caused a lot of amusement when it was revealed on Thursday morning, with Councillors making jokes about it.
